DAHLIA TUBER SALE GUIDELINES. *By Purchasing, you agree to them!

• If upon inspection, they do not meet our standards, we will replace them with a similar variety. If you do to want an automatic replacement, please email us during your order & we will refund that one if necessary. If you don't send that email, replacements will be sent in lieu of one ordered.
• Please inspect all tubers upon immediate arrival per USPS date, not when you are available to open it. Contact us within 24 hours for any major issues and we will work with you to our best of our ability. We care about you & want you to have growing success! *Gardening is about patience, you will be surprised how beautiful the slowest, smallest & ugliest tuber makes the prettiest flowers! *Also please know, this is a living plant, and we cannot control mother nature or shipping issues.
• Spring is an incredibly busy time for suppliers. Please have patience in waiting for a response.
• All tubers will be sent with a viable eye per our inspectors.
• We have strict health guidelines. Rest assured we send out the best & keep the rest.
• Heat packs are sold for $10 each. 
• Shipping is $15.00-$20.00  (seeds $7), and we ship them out per zone in the Spring (March/April/May) when our Minnesota weather is safe to do so. Zones meaning, warmest states first. We are zone 4B.
• If you choose combine shipping on multiple orders tab, we will refund charges back to form of payment or Venmo (preferred). We offer this one time and less than 15 tubers.
• For early shipping in March, buyer assumes ALL responsibility. 
• We allow for pick-up on designated days only. This will be arranged by seller. If you do NOT pick up on the date arranged and they sit here abandoned, then we will charge $20.00 for shipping and will send them. We will not ship, unless all products are paid in full. 
• Please be aware this is a living item & we are all at the mercy of Mother Nature.
• Also be aware that all tubers come in various shapes and sizes. Some varieties are tiny  tubers and end up growing the tallest. Some are more prone to dryness & wrinkling, some are dark, some are light. Some have bumps (lenticels) and some are smooth.
• We send a grow sheet out with each order for great tips! We have been growing Dahlias for a very long time (since the mid 1990's), so you can have trust in us on providing you with an excellent product from our show stock!
• Online libel, slander & defamation is taken seriously in the Dahlia Seller community. If you have any issues, you agree to work with them privately with the seller. If we find out there is any online negative behavior against us, the sellers will ban you from our pages & future sales. There is also an online bad buyer list that your name will be shared for other sellers to see. Small business owners work very hard and we all do this for the love of the flowers. Its sad that we even have to say this, but "dahlia wars" can sometimes bring out high emotions from buyers. We love to share the beauty of flowers to enrich peoples lives. Please have online etiquette behavior.
